Introduce yourself in three words or phrases.
A man with a vision.
What do you like most about your job?
What I enjoy most about my job is building strategic partnerships with esteemed universities and recruitment partners and driving innovation to enhance the global higher education landscape. After being featured in Forbes India select 200 companies with global potential, I think the vision has multiplied for us and so are the responsibilities to expand Infinite Group.
I’m passionate about collaborating with our partners to co-create mutually beneficial opportunities and directing complex challenges to ensure seamless collaborations. My commitment is to refining a network of strong, resilient partnerships that elevate the entire higher education ecosystem, ultimately contributing to a more interconnected and vibrant global academic community.
Best work trip/Worst work trip?
For me, every work trip is a chance to learn, grow and connect with others. I always approach them with a clear plan and purpose, which helps me make the most of my time. Therefore, I’ve been lucky enough to have some amazing experiences that have helped me build valuable relationships, gain new insights, and drive real results.
I love meeting new people, sharing ideas, and working together to achieve something meaningful. It’s a great way to expand my network, learn from others and contribute to our organisation’s success.
If you could learn a language instantly, which would you pick and why?
If I could learn a language instantly, I would choose French. As a professional, I frequently interact with French-speaking partners and global visionaries, and being able to communicate with them in their native language would be incredibly valuable. I believe it would not only enhance our business relationships but also allow me to build deeper connections with our French-speaking partners. It would be an incredible asset to possess.
What makes you get up in the morning?
The zeal to accomplish the vision of Infinite Group – “To redefine the education landscape by uniting futures and opportunities, empowering individuals to surpass boundaries and succeed” is what gets me up in the morning.
I’m determined by the passion to make an impact on the education landscape, to unite individuals with opportunities, and to empower them to succeed.
Best international education conference and why?
I had the immense pleasure of attending the PIE Live Europe conference, and I must say, it was a remarkable experience. The event was a masterpiece in bringing together a global community of professionals in the international education sector. The conference provided a platform for significant discussions on the sector’s challenges and potential solutions.
I was impressed by the calibre of speakers, the organisation, and the seamless execution of the event. The PIE’s commitment to providing a global lens into the international education sector is truly commendable.
Book or podcast recommendation for others in the sector?
I highly recommend “Eat That Frog!” by Brian Tracy, a classic on effective time management. This book offers practical advice on prioritising tasks, overcoming procrastination and achieving goals. As someone in the education sector, managing time efficiently is crucial, and this book provides actionable strategies to boost productivity.
Describe a project or initiative you’re currently working on that excites you.
I’m currently working on a project called I-Unite. I-Unite serves as a platform for education providers for market entry and expansion partnerships, offering an innovative approach to access tailored solutions and ensure seamless operations in the constantly evolving landscape of student recruitment. Our vision is to create a collaborative ecosystem where recruitment partners and education providers can work together seamlessly, and globally.
