COUNTRY: NORWAY

The first contract is issued for 6 months. Upon the candidate’s arrival in Norway, the contract is changed and is valid for 3 years.
Candidates apply for a visa on their own.
The cost of obtaining a residence permit can be 700 euros on average.
It is important that upon the candidate’s arrival in Norway, the employer must meet him/her at the airport, the visa must be valid for the candidate to be admitted to the country. After that, the employer and the candidate go to the migration police where they sign an
employment contract and then take out health insurance.
The employer makes appeal letters, confirms the arrival of candidates for the consulate. Additional information:
Candidates apply as a seasonal worker, upon arrival in Norway, the employer changes the status to permanent (not seasonal) in the UDI system and the Migration Police, and the
documents in which the direction of work is changed for the candidates. After that, candidates receive a
TRC.
REGISTRATION IN THE UDI SYSTEM
